I think it is very true that you are choosing between 2 directions...either closer toward the destination of fitness or futher from it. Not that we ever reach the end or come to a place that we no longer have to strive to make decisions that help us stay alive and well, but that we can't just simply maintain. There is no such thing. Even on the cellular level, life is always dividing and changing; and we choose the directions of change; sometimes the choices are easier than other times. I really appreciate the work you and your team have done. This has really helped me dream big and I hope you keep living the dream and choosing to be weller.

I came across an article on Psychology Today called "Weight Loss and Faulty Thinking" that I thought was relevant to why we relapse. http://www.psychologytoday.com/rss/pto-20040107-000010.html In hindsight this article seems right on the mark. The way in which we think can set us up for failure. Most of it's in your head.

Luckily I have a long term outlook and will be celebrating my 100lb. goal on my birthday this weekend. I set that goal 55 weeks ago and am actually down 102lbs. I think the fact that I've been training for a half marathon since January has helped. I'm doing it through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training. Check out my site http://teamintraining.buyshappiness.com. I put all my runs out there for the world to see.

I noticed you made some updates to the site and added a new trailer. The new trailer is awesome. It's amazing what yoga can do. So, do you have any updates on what festivals you're showing the film at or how everything is progressing? The blogs been kind of dead for the past couple months. Maybe this will bring some new life.
