I was very surprised to hear at the fitness center that Oprah had given up and had gained a lot of weight back.

It is unfortunate, since she is setting a bad example to many of us. I thought to myself: so many who looked up to her and got inspired by how great she looked may find the excuse they were looking for to slack off, in detriment to their own health.

I hope she can overcome this quickly and go back to position herself as an example to inspire others achieve better health through weight. control and exercise.

Steve, I do find your newsletter very, very helpful to me. Thanks for sharing what you have learned.

Tom Venuto mentioned the site in his newsletter, can't wait to see this

The teacher running, and balancing at the end of the trailer, loved it.

Thanks so much for your comment Greg. Believe me, I'm trying to get this movie done ASAP!

I think the problem is that we all love to eat, and there's too much good food in this world! It is like a drug for most of us...even when friends come to visit us, we STILL just want to take them out to our favorite restaurants...and we are fully aware of what we are doing (most of the time). Just imagine the people that aren't aware...it seems like an impossible thing to get control of.

It is a lifelong process that we must always work at. Not that it isn't worth it!

Congratulations on your continued success, and thanks for your interest in our project!

Where the heck was Dr. Oz during all this? You'd think he'd be poking and prodding her as she's gained weight.

All joking aside though, it goes to show that even people with the most money, with the most access to things like trainers, dietitians, and personal chefs are just like all of us, and struggle with real life problems.

More and more I'm convinced that being overweight is a disease that never truly goes away, like alcoholism or drug addiction. That is not to say it can't be overcome, I think I've successfully done so (70 pounds kept off for two years).

Now hurry up and release your film so we can all watch it. Can't wait.
